Booking & cancellation policy

Booking

Sessions are booked by getting in touch via the Contact page or by direct agreement. Your session is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time and any payment or deposit has been received (if applicable). You will receive confirmation by email or message.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee unless we can fill the slot or agree otherwise.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session by mutual agreement. Please contact us with your preferred alternative date or time. We will do our best to find a new slot that works for both of us.

Cancellation by us

We may need to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency). If we cancel, we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

Refunds

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will refund any payment already made (or credit it towards a future session, if you prefer). For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, refunds are at our discretion. If we cancel the session, you will receive a full refund.
