Breathwork

Breath opens what the mind holds.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is exactly what it sounds like — and so much more than you might expect.

Conscious connective breathwork is a specific style of guided breathing that uses a continuous, connected breath to bypass the thinking mind and drop you directly into the body. No pauses, no holds — just a steady, rhythmic breath that opens something deeper.

What happens in that space is different for everyone. Some people release emotions they have been carrying for years. Some feel a profound sense of calm they haven't touched in a long time. Some laugh, some cry, some simply feel — fully and completely — for the first time in a while. All of it is welcome. All of it is part of the process.

The style I work with is rooted in rebirthing breathwork, one of the oldest and most transformative breathwork modalities there is. It works on the principle that the breath has an extraordinary capacity to heal — physically, emotionally, and energetically — when we simply give it the space to do so.

You don't need any experience. You don't need to know what you're looking for. You just need to breathe.

This is your breath. This is your medicine.

What to expect

A breathwork session with me lasts around two hours, and everything within that time is designed to help you feel safe, held and fully supported.

When you arrive you will be welcomed into a warm, calm space. We begin gently — a short meditation to help you settle, leave the outside world behind and drop into your body.

From there you will lie down, close your eyes and let the breath take over. With an eye mask on and music filling the room, your only job is to breathe. The music is carefully curated to support each stage of the journey — it moves with you, builds with you, and carries you through. I am present with you throughout.

The breath does the rest.

Afterwards we move into integration — a quiet, unhurried time to come back slowly, process whatever arose and gently return to yourself before you leave.

People often describe feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves than they have in a long time. Every experience is different, and all of it is welcome.

What to bring

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and try not to eat a heavy meal beforehand. If you have an eye mask, bring it along — though don't worry if not, I have you covered.

Single Session

One-to-one breathwork

Breathwork is one of the most beautiful and accessible healing tools there is — and a single session is the perfect place to start. Whether you're curious, in need of a reset, or just know that something needs to shift, this is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Many people come to their first session with no experience of breathwork whatsoever. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to show up.
What does it feel like?
Every experience is unique. Some people feel emotional, some feel a deep sense of calm, some experience physical sensations in the body, and some simply feel very, very relaxed. There is no right or wrong way to experience it — whatever comes up is exactly what is meant to.
Is it safe?
Breathwork is generally very safe and suitable for most people. However there are some contraindications — if you have a heart condition, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a history of severe mental health conditions, please get in touch before booking so we can have a conversation about whether it is right for you.
Will I have to share anything personal?
No. This is your experience and it is entirely your own. There is no pressure to share or speak about what came up unless you want to.
What if I find it difficult to breathe in the connected pattern?
That is completely normal, especially at first. I will guide you through it and you will never be left to figure it out alone. Your body knows how to do this — sometimes it just needs a little encouragement.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most people leave feeling lighter, more open and deeply relaxed. Some people feel emotional for a day or two afterwards as things continue to integrate — this is normal and a sign that something has shifted.
How often should I come?
That is entirely up to you. Some people come once and feel the benefit, others find that regular sessions support them in a deeper way. There is no prescription — just whatever feels right for you.
